Second season with the Norse…set the 4x400 meet record at the Drake Alternative (2025) which also ranks ninth all-time (3:17.88)…while at Eagan High School he was a four-time letter winner in track and field, three-time winner in basketball and a two-time winner in football…on the track he earned all-conference honors twice and named academic all-state…he finished seventh in the state with the 4x400 relay…on the court he won the tough-man and wildcat award…in football he was named to all-district and received an academic excellence award…he was also a member of National Honor Society…son of Ryan and Catherine Ford.
