2024: In the first meet of the season Duffy set a new best in the mile run which was good for 10th at the St. Olaf Ole Opener. Then in the outdoor season he set a new best in the 1500. In his final meet he finished fourth in the 800. 

2023: In his third season he assisted the 4x800 indoor relay team to a new school record at the indoor conference championship. He was a Drake Relays participant in the 4x800 and earned all-conference honors for the 4x800 at the outdoor conference championship with a third place finish and new school record. Duffy also set personal bests in the mile, 1000, 1500 and 800 during the season. 

2022: Duffy set new PR's in the 600 and 800 during the season. He helped the 4x800 relay team to a 5th place at the indoor conference championship and helped the 4x400 relay team to a 5th place finish at the outdoor conference championship. 

2021: He set his best career times in the 200 and 400 during his first season with the track and field team. He helped the 4x400 relay team to a fifth place finish at the indoor conference championship. And also represented the Norse with the 4x400 relay team at the Division III Elite Indoor Championship to a 10th place finish. 

Other Sports: Duffy is also a member of the Luther track and field team. 

High School: At Rockford High School he lettered in track earning Wright County West honors in the 4x800 and 800 meters setting records in both events. He was also named academic all-conference. 

Personal: Son of Dan and Patricia Duffy.
