2023: In his fourth season with the Norse, Kelly earned all-conference at the indoor championship for a third place finish with the distance medley relay and fourth with the 4x800 along with a new school record. At the outdoor championship the 4x800 team earned all-conference for a runner-up finish, sixth with the 4x400, and fourth in the 1500 breaking a 41-year old school record. He qualified for his first ever NCAA Outdoor championship in the 1500 finishing eighth earning All-American honors. He is now the school record holder in the outdoor 1500. 

2022: Kelly set his two new PR's in the 3000 and mile run. At the indoor conference championship he was 5th in the mile and also helped the 4x800 team to a 5th place finish. He was 8th in the 1500 and helped the 4x800 team to a 5th place finish at the outdoor conference championship. 

2021: Finished third in the mile earning indoor all-conference honors. A-R-C Spring Sports All-Academic Team honoree (3.5 GPA of higher). During the outdoor season he earned all-conference as a member of the runner up 4x800. 

2020: Earned all-conference as a member of the second place Distance Medley Relay team. Earned indoor all-conference honors in the mile placing third.

Other Sports: Kelly is also a member of the Luther track and field team. 

High School: While at Heritage High School he was a four-year letter winner in cross country and Lacrosse and two-year letter winner in track. He was the Continental League champion in cross country and went on to earn first team all-state honors. He also helped lead the Eagles to a third place finish at the Colorado 5A State Championships. On the track he earned all-state honors in the 800 and 1600 and was also a New Balance Nationals qualifier. He was also named three times to the first team all-league in Lacrosse and named the team's Player of the Year. He also was a member of the National Honor Society.
