Biography

2023: He continues to break his own record and set the new best time in school history in the 60-meter dash during the indoor season. Deas earned all-conference honors for his third place finish in the 60 dash at 6.93 at the indoor conference championship. During the outdoor season he was a member of the 4x100 relay team that set the new school record with a time of 42.33. 

2022: Deas set the fastest time in school history in the 55 (6.57) and 60-meter dash (7.09) all-time for indoor track and field. He tied the school record for the fastest time in school history for the 100-meter dash outdoors. 

2021: He helped the 4x100 relay team to a fifth place finish at the outdoor conference championship. Also during the outdoor season was a member of the 4x100 relay team that posted the second fastest time in school history with a mark of 42.51.

Other sports: During the fall he is a member of the Norse football team who plays defensive back. 

High School: Deas was a three-year letter winner in track and two-year letter winner in football while at Thomas B. Doherty High School. He earned first-team Colorado Springs Metro Conference honors in track three times. He was also a member of the school record in the 4x100 and 4x200 relays at the conclusion of his career. The Spartans finished as the Colorado 5A State Meet as runner-ups. He also earned second-team all-conference honors in football.
