Biography
Bell, a three-time NCAA III Regional Qualifier in diving, will enter his final season on the board for the Norse…during his career he has earned all-conference honors on both the one-meter and three-meter boards at the first two official A-R-C Championships…last year he won both events and was named the league's Diver of the Meet…he currently ranks second all-time in both one-meter diving (498.25) and three-meter diving (505.95) for 11 dives…NCAA Postgraduate Scholar…Chi Alpha Sigma inductee…three-time A-R-C Winter Sports All-Academic Team…twice he has been named to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team as a second team selection…during the fall he has been on the Norse soccer team and has been the starting goalkeeper…while at Madison Memorial High School he was a three-year letter winner in swimming and soccer and a four-year letter winner in diving…in swimming and diving he was Wisconsin's first athlete to compete in the state swim meet and state diving championships on the same day…member of the National Honor Society…son of Michael and Anne Marie Bell.
