Third season with the Norse...Chi Alpha Sigma inductee...A-R-C Fall Sports All-Academic Team...also a member of the track and field team...while at Washburn High School he was a member of the 4x400 relay team that qualified for the Wisconsin State Track and Field Championship...he earned second team all-conference honors in cross country...son of Shannon Swanstrom-Arnold and Erick Arnold.
