Joins the Norse from Grinnell High School where he was a three-time letter winner in cross country and track and field and a one-time winner in basketball...in cross country WaMaC second team all-conference...the Tigers were WaMaC Champions and qualified for state in 2024...on the track he was the WaMaC champion in the 800 and 1600m medley...holds the school record in the 1600m medley...participated at the Drake Relays in the 1600m...holds the indoor and outdoor 1600m medley WaMaC Conference record...state qualifying district champion 800...three-time academic all-conference...three-time academic letter winner...son of Adam and Nikki Laug.
