Luther College

2022-23: In her fourth season with the Norse, Prokosch appeared in all 27 games, playing 325 minutes to average 12.0 per game. She scored 102 total points and racked up 83 rebounds, 17 assists, 15 steals and four blocks. Prokosch scored a season-high 11 points against Coe College on February 21, 2023 and ecorded eight rebounds in a win over Nebraska-Wesleyan on December 3. 

2021-22: Prokosch appeared in all 27 games as a junior, playing 390 minutes and scoring 125 total points. She racked up 76 rebounds, 23 assists, five blocks and 27 steals in her third season. Prokosch ranked second on the team in total steals (27) at the conclusion of the season and was named a co-captain. 

2020-21: Prokosch started all 11 games during last year's COVID-19 conference only schedule and averaged 7.5 points per game. As a post player, she shot .450 from the floor to score 83 total points and tallied 54 rebounds, seven assists, seven blocks and nine steals.

2019-20: As a fist year, Prokosch appeared in 25 games, playing 294 minutes. She was anmed the team's Newcomer of the Year after scoring 120 points with 54 rebounds, 12 assists, five blocks and 14 steals in her first season with Luther. 

High School: Prokosch was a multi-year letter winner in both basketball, volleyball and track and field during her time at Hill-Murray. She earned All-Conference honors in both basketball and volleyball and was named All-State Honorable Mention in basketball. As a member of the volleyball team, Prokosch led the Pioneers to the section finals three times in her prep career.

Personal: Prokosch is the daughter of Rick and Jana Prokosch.
