Prestemon joined the football coaching staff in January of 2024.
Prior to Luther, he was a graduate assistant linebacker coach at Augsburg University (MN), and coached two all-conference players in during the 2023 season. He has also coached one year of high school football as the quarterback coach and pass game coordinator at Northfield High School (MN) in 2022. That same year he was the head coach of the junior varsity team.
Prestemon was a four-year starter at quarterback from for St. Olaf College (MN) from 2018-22. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a concentration in Family Studies. He is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg.
