Dan Marlow is in his 26th year at Luther College. He is the athletic department Student-Athlete Success Coordinator helping Norse athletes in their academic and career endeavors.
In 2024, he returned to the football coaching staff after serving as a career counselor and financial aid counselor at Luther for 10 years.
From 1999-2012, he was the defensive coordinator for the Norse football team. Prior to joining the Luther staff he was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Oregon State University from 1991-96. He was also a graduate assistant football coach at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1990 and Northern Illinois University in 1989.
A 1988 graduate, he was a four-year letter winner for the Norse, who was named first-team all-conference as an offensive lineman twice. He was inducted into the Luther Athletics Hall of Fame in 1998.Â
