Luther College

2022-23: As a sophomore, Helgerson appeared in five games and played 10 total minutes. She scored two points against Wartburg on November 30, 2022 and tallied one assist in the same game.

2021-22: Helgerson joined Luther as a true first year in January 2022 after a semester at Iowa State. 

High School: Helgerson was a two-year letter winner in both basketball and golf during her time at Jordan High School. She played on the Jaguars basketball team was crowned the 2A North Subsection champions in 2020 and advanced to the quarterfinals in 2021. Off the court, Helgerson was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Helgerson chose Luther because of the small, community feel and to be a part of a fun and supportive women's basketball team. She is the daughter of Matt and Tracy Helgerson and plans to major in business management.
