The 2025 season will be Noah's third season with Norse as hitting coach. He has also coached at Wisconsin Lutheran College for two years working primarily with the infielders and hitters.
Herried was a two-year starter at Ridgewater College before transferring to Ripon College for his final two seasons. He started 38 of 40 games in 2019 and finished with a .315 batting average that included 45 hits, 16 RBI, and 18 runs scored. His 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19.
He graduated from Ripon in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in sports management. In 2023 he graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a master’s degree in leadership and innovation.
