Biography
Ran in the top seven in every race last season…placed 30th at the A-R-C Championships…two-time Fall Sports All-Academic Team honoree (3.5 GPA or higher)...before joining the Norse she ran three years at Unity Christian High School, Orange City, Iowa before her family moved to Edmonton Alberta, Canada her senior year…while at Unity Christian she was a multiple letter winner cross country and track…qualified for the Iowa State Track Championships in the 4 x 800 placing fourth in 2015 and 2016…daughter of Dan Knauss and Sonya Jongsma Knauss.
