DECORAH, Iowa - In the 52nd annual Luther All-American the Luther women's cross country team finished third out of five teams.
Norah McDonald led the team finishing sixth overall with a time of 20:35.8 and new personal best. The field had 66 total runners for the 5k event.
The Minnesota Running Club won the team title with 39 points. Augustana (IL) was second with 41 points and Luther was third with 51 points.Â
Following McDonald (6th - 4 pts - 20:35.8) was
Mari Paulsen (11th - 8 pts - 20:58.8),
Lindsey Moseley (12th - 9 pts - 21:04.1),
Annika Veit (16th - 13 pts - 21:25.3) and
Jenna Woodsmall (20th - 17 pts - 21:48.7).Â
Also in the top-seven was
Penelope Hansen (21st - 21:48.7) and
Makaylee Jensen (24th - 22:12.8).Â
The next race for the Norse will be the Blugold Invite hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The meet will take place at Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax, Wis. on Friday, Oct. 3 at 5:15 p.m.
