NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Luther men's track and field stared the new year at the Ole Opener hosted by St. Olaf College on Saturday. There were no team scores kept at the meet. Ashten Schultz time in the 60-meter hurdles is the seventh fastest all time at 8.89 seconds which was good for fourth place.

60-meter dash - Austyn Riehle - 7th - 7.34 seconds

4x200 Relay - Riehle, Jack Buntrock, Owen Ford, Noah Heinke - 3rd - 1:36.11

High Jump - Ford - 4th - 1.80m and Ashten Schultz - 5th - 1.80m

Long Jump - Heinke - 5th - 6.17m (season debut)

Weight Throw - Joey Mehlhorn - 6h - 12.84m
