DECORAH, Iowa - The Luther men's basketball team was defeated by Simpson 61-57. The Storm shot 44.6 percent from the field (25-56) and 33.1 from beyond the arc (7-21). Adian Bailey pulled the Norse within one (36-37) going into halftime with his three-pointer as time expired. In the second half the Strom narrowly outscored the Norse 24-21. The game featured ten lead changes and five times the score was tied.

Aidan Bailey led the Norse with 20 points. Jeremy Andera and Mikkel Schutte each had nine. Will Bockenstedt led the team in rebound with 10. 

The Norse are now 1-13 overall and 0-6 in the American Rivers Conference. 

Simpson moves to 4-11 overall and 1-5 in conference play.
