The women's soccer team took a major step towards qualifying for the six-team end of the year A-R-C Tournament this afternoon after defeating Coe College 1-0 in the valley. The win gives the Norse a league record of 2-2-2, good for fourth place in the regular season standings with two matches to go.
Elisa Millan scored what proved to be the game winner unassisted in the 65th minute. The goal was her second of the year.
