DECORAH, IOWA - With the spring sport season winding down, Luther College will host the 2023 American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Outdoor Track and Field Championship at Carlson Stadium in Decorah, Iowa. The championship will run from May 11-13, with the heptathlon and decathlon opening the three-day event on Thursday.

Field events will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. each day, with running events to begin around 1:00 p.m. weather permitting. Friday's running events start at 12:00 p.m. with the national anthem scheduled for 11:55 a.m.

Tickets for those attending are $8 for adults, $5 for students without a valid A-R-C ID and seniors 60 and older. Children under five and any A-R-C student can get in FREE with a valid school ID. Fans who cannot attend in person can follow the championship in multiple ways, as all three days will be live streamed on the Norse Network, and live results will be available via Wayzata Timing.
