DECORAH, IOWA – The Luther men's soccer team tied Wartburg 0-0 to stay unbeaten in American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) action. The Norse out shot the Knights 13-5 but neither team found the back of the net in the defensive battle. Luther is 5-3-4 overall and 3-0-1 in A-R-C with 10 points.

nd minute
Hugo Zadig had the best look of the game as he took the shot launching it towards the top corner. As the ball looked like it was going to go in it bounced off the cross bar bouncing back off.
Later, in the 33
rd minute the Knights earned a free kick outside the box.
Jack Bell gave directions to his squad before the kick. Wartburg sent it in but Bell reached high punching the ball out of play for an incredible save. It was all even at 0-0 going into halftime.
The second half, the Norse controlled the midfield getting off seven shots compared to the Knights one. The whistle blew with the two teams earning a point in the conference standings. Luther is 3-0-1 in A-R-C with 10 points.
