Luther posted its third consecutive victory following an 8-5 decision over Trinity College (CT) today in Clermont, Fla. The Norse had 13 hits and scored twice in the second, one in the third, fifth and seventh frames and three in the sixth.
Belle Berg led the attack driving in two runs. Berg was 2-for-3 with doubles in both the second and fifth innings.

Kendra Cooper (3-3) went the distance in the circle. Cooper faced 31 batters, allowed one earned run on five hits, walked three and struck out one.
Tuesday is an off day for the Norse. They will return to action against Benedictine University at 9 a.m. and Union College at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23.
