Luther College Announces Updated 2021 Home Basketball Attendance Policy

In order to create the safest environment possible for student-athletes, event administration and spectators during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Luther College Athletic Department has announced a limited home basketball attendance policy.

Each team (home and away) will be allowed allowed 50 spectators for a pass list to be submitted one day prior to the contest. For any questions contact Associate Athletic Director for Operations Alex Smith via email at smithale@luther.edu.

Spectator entrance to all games will only be allowed through the north lobby of the Regents Center, located in the courtyard next to the Legends Center. Spectators must check in at the registration table in the north lobby prior to entrance to the gym. Seating for spectators will take place in the east bleachers across from the team benches and scorers table. Physical distancing and face coverings will be required, according to campus policy. Spectators must be seated with immediate family members only.

Parking is available in the lower campus parking lot located North of the Regents Center.

All varsity games for both the men and women will be followed by a junior varsity game.

Both the varsity and junior varsity games will be video streamed on the Luther College Athletics Website.  The video stream schedule is located under the Fan Zone on the athletics website at luthernorse.com.
