Softball Stadium - Betty A. Hoff Field

The Betty A. Hoff softball field is located east of the north parking lot on the lower campus. The facility features an irrigated ballpark with a scenic background of the Oneota Valley. A press box was built the summer of 2016. The visiting team dugout is located on the third base side. The stadium has stadium seating, but fans are welcome to bring their lawn chairs and sit along the fence line on the first and third base sides of the field.

Wind screen covers the outfield fence with dimensions of 190 feet down the lines and 225 feet to straight-away center field. Two-walk out dugouts, two separate bullpens, and two batting cages complete the softball complex.

During the preseason and times of inclement weather, the Norse practice indoors in the Gerdin Fieldhouse and the 45,000 square foot sports and recreation center equipped with two batting cages.
