2021 will be Tim's second year with the Norse coaching staff

He was a member of the Norse football team as both a player and student coach during his collegiate career
Joined Norse staff after coaching at Hamline University (MN) as the defensive coordinator during 2019 campaign
Previously he was Defensive Coordinator at Aurora University (IL) from 2015-2018
He was also the assistant head coach, wide receiver and tight end coach, special teams coordinator at Austin College (TX) from 2008-14
Graduate assistant at Western Illinois University from 2006-07
