2025 December LetterWërks Athletes of the Month
  • McDonough was unbeaten at 7-0 in seven duals with four wins by tech falls, two falls and one decision. During the month he was ranked the no. 6 wrestler at 174 by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA). He went 4-0 at the Gator "Boots" Duals for the fourth straight year.
