Coach Pollard is entering his second season with the Norse. A former collegiate catcher and center fielder at Covenant College, he transitioned from baseball to a career in ministry before returning to the sport he loves. His primary focus with the program is overseeing baseball operations and fostering player and leadership development—both on and off the field.
