Tristan enters his fifth season with the Norse…during his career he has tallied 32 wins that includes 10 falls…while at Lower Lake High School he was a four-year letter winner and helped lead the Trojans to three Coastal Mountain Conference team titles…he earned all-conference honors twice and captured a section championship…Day also lettered twice in football and once as a member of the cross country team…son of Jeffrey Day and Serenity Miller.
