Biography
2023: Barness set three new bests in three of her throwing events throughout the season.
2022: First season with the Norse. Specializes in shot put, discus, hammer throw and weight throw.
High School: At South Winneshiek High School she was a two-year letter winner in track and field and once as a member of the volleyball team. She was also a member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Gary Barness and Coralie Kastl.
