Dominic Draghi joined the Luther track and field coaching staff in the fall of 2022 as the team's throws coach.
He joined the Norse coaching staff after serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Olivet College (MI). During his time with the Comets, Draghi was in charge of recruiting efforts for both the cross country and track and field teams. In addition to his recruiting duties, Draghi also coached Olivet's throwers during the indoor and outdoor track and field season. He coached two Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) conference champions in shot put and one national qualifier.
Prior to his stint with the Comets, Draghi was a graduate assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where he graduated in 2021 with a Master's in Education. A member of two national championship teams as a student-athlete, Draghi graduated from Tiffin University (OH) in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
