Biography
Two-time American Rivers Conference Spring Sports All-Academic team honoree (3.5 GPA or higher)…earned all-conference indoors last year as a member of the first place distance medley relay and third place 4 x 800 relay…the 4 x 800 posted the sixth fastest time in Luther history (9:42.08)…she completed her career as a member of the Norse cross country team this past fall…during her high school career she ran three years at Unity Christian High School, Orange City, Iowa before her family moved to Edmonton Alberta, Canada her senior year…while at Unity Christian she was a multiple letter winner in cross country and track…qualified for the Iowa 2A State Track Championships in the 4 x 800 placing fourth in 2015 and 2016…daughter of Dan Knauss and Sonya Jongsma Knauss.
