2024: Ode set a new best in the javelin throw with a mark of 39.78m (130' 6") at the A-R-C outdoor conference championship where he finished 16th overall. He earned A-R-C Spring Sports All-Academic Team honors. 

2023: In his third season with the Norse he set a new personal best in the 1000-meter run during the indoor season. 

2022: During the indoor season at the conference championship he was part of the 4x800 relay team that finished 5th. 

2021: He helped the 4x800 relay capture a 4th place finish at the indoor conference championship with a time of 7:58.16. During the outdoor season he set his best times in the 800, 1500, mile and javelin throw. 

Other Sports: Ode is also a member of the Norse cross country team. 

High School: At Dowling Catholic High School he was a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track and also was a two-time letter winner in swimming. He earned all-conference, all-district and all-state honors in cross country. He was a member of three Iowa State 4A state championship teams and named academic all-state. In track he was a state qualifier and Drake Qualifier. 

Personal: Son of Jackson and Cara Kennedy-Ode.
