Biography

Third season with the Norse...Chi Alpha Sigma inductee...A-R-C Spring All-Academic team twice...also a member of the cross country team...while at Washburn High School he was a member of the 4x400 relay team that qualified for the Wisconsin State Track and Field Championship...he earned second team all-conference honors in cross country...son of Shannon Swanstrom-Arnold and Erick Arnold.
