2023: Schwarz helped the distance medley relay capture third at the indoor conference championship along with new school record and fourth place finish with the 4x800 relay. He was also a participant at the Drake Relays as a member of the 4x800 team. At the outdoor conference championship assisted the 4x800 in a runner-up finish and school record earning all-conference honors. He was also part of the 4x400 relay that finished sixth. In his final meet he set a new personal best in the 1500. 

2022: In his third season with the team he set five new PR's in his events and had 20 top-ten finishes during the season. At the outdoor conference championship he finished 9th in the 1500-meter run. 

2021: Schwarz represented the Norse at the Division III Elite Indoor Championship finishing 13th in the 800. He earned all-conference honors outdoors as a member of the runner-up 4x800 team with the second best time in school history in the event (7:39.04). American Rivers Conference Spring Sports All-Academic Team honoree (3.5 GPA or higher). 

2020: During the indoor season at the conference championship he helped the 4x800 team to a fifth place finish. 

Other Sports: Schwarz is also a member of the Norse cross country team. 

High School: While at Le Suer-Henderson High School, he earned five letters in cross country, four in track and three in hockey. He was a Minnesota River Conference all-conference honoree twice in cross country and also earned all-section honors twice. In track he earned all-conference honors and was a member of the school record 4x800 relay. He was named academic all-state in both cross country and track and a member of the National Honor Society.
