Luther College

2023: Peters was fourth at the indoor conference championship in the 400 hurdles, fifth with the 4x400 relay and seventh in high jump. During the outdoor season he earned all-conference honors for his third place finish in the 400 hurdles. His time of 53.77 is third all-time in school history. He was also sixth with the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams. 

2022: During the indoor season in his first meet back he finished seventh in the high jump with a mark of (6-4) which is tied for eighth on Luther's all-time list. Peters also set new personal bests in the 800 and 400 hurdles during the outdoor season. At the outdoor conference championship he finished 4th in the 400 hurdles with a time of 55.04 which is sixth all-time in the event. 

2021: At the outdoor conference championship he was part of the 4x400 team that finished eighth. He also posted his career best 400 and best high jump record. 

Other sports: Peters is also a member of the Luther men's basketball team. 

High School: While at Zumbrota-Mazeppa, Peters was a four-year letter winner in track, two-year letter winner in basketball and one time letter winner in football. He earned HVL All-Conference honors in basketball and was also named All-Area as a senior. Peters was a three-time All-Conference honoree in track and field and was both a member of National Honors Society and the class Valedictorian. 

Personal: Peters chose Luther for the tight knit, supportive community. He is a double major in mathematics and statistics and is also pursuing a double minor in data science and economics. Peters is the son of Dion and Amanda.
