Biography
Armstrong enters his third year with the Norse…during his first two years he earned all-conference honors placing second at the A-R-C Championships in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke…he currently ranks seventh all-time in the 50 breaststroke (27.98), second in the 100 breaststroke (58.35), and second in the 200 breaststroke (2:09.92)…while at Farmington High School he was a three-year letter winner…son of Bryce Armstrong and Erin Armstrong.
