Second season with the Norse...career average of 165...while at Decorah High School he was a three-time letter winner in bowling and two-time winner in football and track and field...in bowling was an all-conference honoree twice...finished his bowling career with a 25-1 record and team captain during his senior year...the Vikings finished second at state in 2023 and third in 2024...two-time individual state qualifier...on the track he qualified for state once...son of Forry and Amy Averhoff.
