The American Rivers Conference has announced that Luther College freshman Alex Heidorn (Rogers, Minn./Rogers Senior) has been named the men's cross country Performer of the Week for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021.

Heidorn was the first Norse runner to cross the finish line during Luther's dual against UW-La Crosse held Friday, Oct. 22. Heidorn covered the 5K course (3.11 miles) with a time of 16:01.33. There were 34 runners that completed the race.

UWL won the dual by a final of 23-25. This was the 63rd time these two teams have met for a dual meet dating back to 1955.
