  • The football team faced Wartburg on Saturday (Oct. 4).
  • His 51-yard field goal in the second quarter set a new school record for the longest field goal. The previous mark was 50 yards which was held by Ted Rohlwing against Simpson in 1988.
  • He also had seven punts for 230 yards.
